During my Road Trips I do not take the time to eat during the day, I often forget or I’m too busy watching a beautiful view to want to eat. Only when the hunger shows the tip of its nose in the middle of a hill when you are reaching the summit so anticipated, it could spoil the wonderful surprise that awaits you.
Here is the solution prepare a box of nuts and dried fruits that you keep on you, a small handle and you feel full.
My favorite mix consists of cashews, dried cranberries, dried bananas and, a the little plus, PopCorn.
Besides there is something for everyone. You can be as creative as you wish there is a lot of different nuts and fruits. Have fun!
